The one thing that changes your price

Reaching the top dose. If your physician moves you there, your monthly price steps up once and stays at that amount.

Tirzepatide15.0 mg, from week 22: $300 to $340

At every dose below that, your price stays the same. Tirzepatide's 12.0 mg step lasts 5 weeks (weeks 17–21), not 4. You are still at $300 during those weeks.

Cancel anytime

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Partial months are not refunded. There is no cancellation fee. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Semaglutide: $149 the first month, then $200 a month below 2.5 mg, and $230 a month at 2.5 mg (from week 21).

Tirzepatide: $275 the first month, then $300 a month below 15.0 mg, and $340 a month at 15.0 mg (from week 22). The 12.0 mg step lasts 5 weeks.
